2. Reservations
– You can make a reservation online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
– Reservations are only final once confirmed by Taxi King Nijmegen.
– For group transport and airport transfers, we recommend booking early to ensure availability.
3. Cancellations
– Cancellations are free of charge up to a reasonable time before departure (24 hours in advance).
– In case of late cancellation or no-show, costs may be charged.
– Airport rides where the driver is already en route will be fully invoiced.
4. Rates and payments
Taxi King Nijmegen applies fixed and transparent rates.
Payment can be made in cash, by card, or by invoice (for business rides).
Special rates apply for taxi vans and group transport starting from 5 persons.
Any waiting time or extra kilometers may be charged.
5. Liability
– Taxi King Nijmegen is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadworks, or circumstances beyond our control.
– We are not responsible for lost property left in the vehicle, but we always assist in retrieving items.
– We always transport safely and in accordance with legal regulations.
6. Safety & conduct
– Passengers must comply with legal obligations such as wearing seat belts.
– Drivers have the right to refuse transport in cases of aggression, intoxication, or unsafe behavior.
– Damage caused by passengers may be charged.
